The team conducted training sessions where various combinations were tried ahead of the crucial tie.

Meanwhile, FIFA has appointed a team of Gambian referees to officiate the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers Group C clash between Benin and Zimbabwe.
The match will be played at a neutral venue.
Lamin N. Jammeh will be the centre referee, assisted by Mustapha Bojang and Abass Bah as the first and second assistants, respectively.
Muhammed Marigo has been named the fourth official.
In addition, Ahmed Ali Mohamed from Somalia will serve as referee assessor, while Togo’s Dobou Kodjo Pafio Mawudodji has been appointed match commissioner.
