Warriors now is South Africa for FIFA 2026 World Cup home tie against Rwanda

The Warriors have arrived in Johannesburg, South Africa from Ivory Coast ahead of their clash with Rwanda on Tuesday at Orlando Stadium.

The Warriors are the home team and kick off is 3pm Central African Time.

Zimbabwe’s wishes of landing qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup went up in smoke on Friday following a 1-0 loss to Benin in a Group C clash at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

The Warriors went into the match needing nothing short of a win to keep their chances alive, but a second-half header from Steve Mounié sealed their fate.

The defeat left Zimbabwe rooted at the bottom of Group C.
