Zimbabwe international striker Tinotenda Kadewere has been ruled out for the past two weeks after picking up an injury shortly after returning from Warriors duty.
Medical examinations confirmed that the 28-year-old forward sustained medial collateral ligament damage, with an initial recovery timeline of at least a fortnight.
Kadewere had first complained of discomfort during national team duty but appeared to have shaken it off. The problem, however, flared up again when he turned out for his new club Aris Thessaloniki against Atromitos, forcing him onto the sidelines.
As a result, he has missed four consecutive fixtures, including Saturday’s Super League clash with Panserraikos.
