Hopefully I can keep scoring: Maswanhise

Tawanda Maswanhise has shared his thoughts on working with new Motherwell head coach Jens Berthel Askou, who took over in June.

The Zimbabwean forward has hit the ground running ahead of the new season, scoring four goals in four Scottish League Cup group matches.

As the Scottish Premiership kicks off this weekend, Maswanhise reflected on adapting to Askou’s style:
“I think the manager believes in me and plays a system that lets me express myself. It’s been a bit challenging to adjust, but hopefully I can keep scoring.”

Motherwell take on Rangers in their season opener this Sunday at 6:30 pm CAT.
