Former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is rumored to be eyeing Warriors top job

The countdown is on it is 54 days before the Warriors march towards Morocco for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025 adventure.

Meanwhile, the Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) is looking for the Warriors’ top job after partying ways with Michael Nees.

Apparently, former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is rumored to be among the top coaches eyeing the Warriors job.

Other sources also allege that serial relegation survivor Sam Allardyce is on the list of the campaigners for the top Warriors post

However, for now everything remain a rumour, until Zimbabwe Football Association makes the offical announcement or confirmation.

The football mother body recently invited applications for the Warriors job, amid indications that local coaches do not have a chance to land the new Warriors job, as ZIFA has set a minimum qualification requirement of a CAF A Pro license or a UEFA A Pro license.

Currently, none of the local coaches in Zimbabwe has the above-mentioned qualifications.
