Admiral Muskwe Joins Morecambe FC After England Return

Zimbabwe international Admiral Muskwe has returned to England, signing for National League outfit Morecambe FC on a free transfer.

The 26-year-old forward parted ways with Finnish side IFK Mariehamn last week, terminating his contract just six months into his stay.

Morecambe confirmed his arrival in a club statement:

“Morecambe Football Club is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Admiral Muskwe. He arrives at the Mazuma Mobile Stadium with a wealth of experience in the EFL and at international level with Zimbabwe.”

Head coach Ashvir Singh Johal hailed the capture, highlighting Muskwe’s pedigree and finishing ability:

“He has big experience in the EFL; he’s played in the Championship. Admiral is a very hard-working striker who, in the box, is very confident finishing from a variety of situations. We think he is going to be a big success at Morecambe, and he is someone fans are going to be really excited to see.”

Muskwe, who previously featured for Luton Town and Wycombe Wanderers, will be eligible to make his debut against Woking, pending international clearance.
