The Warriors will face South Africa at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on 10 October, before completing their campaign against Lesotho three days later at Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
Although Zimbabwe were eliminated from the qualifiers last month, the two matches will serve as preparation for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
Nees has emphasized that the players selected will form the core of the squad for the continental tournament.
