Club Career
Tendai Ndoro began his professional career in Botswana with Nico United (2009–2011) before returning to Zimbabwe to play for Chicken Inn (2011–2013), where his goal-scoring exploits earned him recognition.

In 2013, he signed for South Africa’s Mpumalanga Black Aces, making 41 appearances and scoring 14 goals over two seasons, including a brief loan return to Chicken Inn. His breakthrough came at Orlando Pirates (2015–2017), where he became a prolific striker, netting 25 goals in 48 appearances and establishing himself as one of the Premier Soccer League’s most dangerous forwards.
He later had a stint in Saudi Arabia with Al-Faisaly (2017), followed by a return to South Africa with Ajax Cape Town (2018) and Highlands Park (2018–2020), where he added further goals to his record. Ndoro also spent time with Omani club Al-Orouba in 2020.
International Career
Ndoro represented the Zimbabwe national team between 2013 and 2017, earning 14 caps and scoring 5 goals. He was part of the Warriors squad at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, bringing his dynamic forward play to the continental stage.
