The Zimbabwe national football team, Warriors’ new jersey for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament set for Morocco (December 2025) is now ready.
The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) Communications Officer Mike Madoda confirmed the development during a media engagement on Friday.
“The jersey is now ready. It has been in production for the past three months, and everything is now set, with the kit expected to arrive in the country within the next two weeks.
“It was designed with a distinct Zimbabwean touch and will be officially launched in two weeks,” said Madoda.
ZIFA recently unveiled the new Warriors kit, designed by Gallant.
The winning design was chosen through a competition hosted by ZIFA.
The kit features the signature yellow home shirt, green away strip, and a white alternate jersey, all incorporating the colors of the Zimbabwean flag.
Gallant’s design emphasizes bravery and national pride. The team will wear the new kit at the AFCON in Morocco this December.
This came after fierce creativity, bold ideas, and true Zimbabwean flair Brand Design competition.
GALLANT won the battle as their design stood out, captured the spirit of the game, and reimagined the future of Zimbabwean football.
ZIFA thanked all the participants for their incredible creatives, passion and vast talent that lit up this competition.
