Zimbabwe have learnt their latest position on the Federation of International Footballl Associations (FIFA) rankings.
This follows their friendly matches against Algeria and Qatar during the November international break.
The Warriors lost 3-1 to Algeria in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia last Thursday, before securing a 2-1 victory over Qatar in Doha on Monday.
The win against Qatar – who were ranked number 51 at the time of the match – marked Zimbabwe’s first victory across all competitions in a year.
According to the newly released rankings, Zimbabwe remained unchanged at number 129 in the world, although they dropped two points to 1123.69.
In Africa, they also stayed in 36th position.
Meanwhile, the final FIFA rankings of 2025 will be published on 23 December, but they will not take into account AFCON results, as the tournament will have started two days earlier.
